Viprex Wears is an online apparel brand offering gym wear, casual wear, co-ord sets, t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, tracksuits, and other clothing across Pakistan.
2. Products & Pricing
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizes, colours, and prices. Colours and measurements may vary slightly. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices, products, and promotions when necessary.
3. Orders & Cancellations
Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. Orders may be verified, delayed, refused, or cancelled due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, incomplete details, suspected fraud, or technical errors. Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.
4. Payments
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and authorized payment information.
5. Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 4–7 working days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, holidays, weather, or high order volumes.
Customers must provide a complete delivery address and correct contact number. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
6. Exchanges & Refunds
Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to our Exchange Policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging.
Refunds are generally not available for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection by the customer, except where required by applicable law or confirmed by Viprex Wears. If you receive an incorrect or defective product, contact customer support for assistance.

7. Promotions & Availability
Products and promotions are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Discount codes may have specific conditions and cannot usually be applied to completed orders. Clearance products may have separate exchange conditions.

Customers must not provide false information, conduct fraudulent transactions, misuse discount codes, interfere with website security, or use website content without permission.
9. Intellectual Property
