Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags. This applies to hoodies, jackets, and gym wear

How to Process an Exchange

Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number. Once approved, ship the item using a reliable courier like TCS Express. Properly package your items to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Responsibility

If the exchange is due to a mistake by Viprex Wears (wrong size, color, or defective product), we cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Refunds
